Arriving late will result in your service being shortened or cancelled. -Anything past 12 minutes is a cancellation. -Taking Late Clients will prevent me from staying on schedule. Please arrive 5-10min before your appointment time. DEPOSIT POLICY -If you need to cancel or reschedule please let me know 48 hours in advance for your deposit to still be valid. Must reschedule new appointment within 24 hours for the deposit to roll over. -Cancellations less than 24 hour notice are difficult to fill. Therefore Last minute cancellations / no shows will be charged 40% of the service.Failure to pay will result in being banned from booking. GUEST POLICY -No extra guest unless you are both receiving a service. -If you need to bring your baby/child please let me know in advance to adjust the room.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
I charge 40% cancellation fee for any no-shows or last minute cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you are sick or not feeling well please let me know 48 hours in advance to reschedule.
